So today I finished another chapter in my geology book. I can't believe I only hve 6 days left! I'm kind of nervous. I know i'm going to miss everyone and my animals. I need to go pick up paint from my mom, but I really don't feel like it.I need to wash my hair...

It's been a while

I didn't realize how long ago I last posted. I'm not even sure what to write now!
I'm finishing up my last week of work, next wednesday is my last day. Then I'll go off to the Rocky MTNS.
When I get back I want to go shopping for school clothes.I know, like I didn't have all summer to do that. My uncle wants to go out for breakfast the day before I leave. I even broke into going to this chocolate lounge with my mom before I go.
The thing I'm worrying about a lot is my ferret. I want to give her to someone that will watch her while I'm in sch0ol,but I dont want her thinking that I'm giving her up. Trust me-they know. One of my managers has two ferrets and two daughters that play with them a lot. I would really like her to stay with them. I guess I would have her in the summer then...since it might be annoying switching her back and fourth. I dont know. I know my mom wont let her out and play with her enough. I'd like Emmy to be happy :/

Glass menagerie remix

This morning, with only 3 hours of sleep, I drove to work for a 5 hour shift. I am still sick. I still sound like a twelve year old boy. When a customer was leaving I "shouted" "have a nice day!" It was more of a shriek with about 3 cracks in it. The guy just turned around and looked at me like I was crazy. Ahhh, back to work.

Afterwards me and my mom saw hairspray, which I really liked. The only thing that I wasn't too keen on was John Trovolta cross-dressing.

When I got home I stepped on a chuck of glass that was lying on the door mat after my brother broke a light bulb.

I'm having such a great week...

Home from work again!

Apparently I was meant to be miserable this week. Let me first say that I am RARELY sick. Or at least not sick enough to stay home from any type of function. Like I've recently posted...monday I had flu-ish syptoms, tuesday was better, now wednesday......I THOUGHT I was better. No fever, no chills, no fatigue, just a little sore throat and a cough. Well about an hour before I went to work I quick washed my hair and I think I got some shampoo in it. My eye started getting red, but thats nothing out of the ordingary when you get shampoo in it. 30 minutes later it starts getting a discharge in it! And I'm like AHHHH! So I went to work of course and afterwards i went to the ER in fear that I may wake up the next day with no vision. An hour and a half later I learn that I have pink eye and that I've just about gotten over strep. Now, no pharmacy is open so I had to wait till this morning to go and get my meds. I got like 3 hours of sleep. I called into work not to long ago-I guess one person that was supposed to show up this morning didn't and it's a fish day so it's going to be crazy, and since I wont be there it will be REALLY bad. Oh well, unless they want me in there coughing on everything and spreading pink eye. I have to go in tomorrow morning, but I think I'll be ok. The doctor said 24 hours on meds and then I wont be contagious. I also got some meds for my cough and everything so hopefully that will be better too! Time for me to find something else to do!

Going back to Work

The title of this post makes it sound as if I missed a week of work or something. But anyway, I am indeed going to work today. Finally, my flu is i think at least half way over. I no longer have a fever as of this morning. Now I just have a lovely dry cough, sore throat, stuffy nose, and slightly stuffy head. The most amazing thing that happened though was last night I coughed up this nasty thing. I've never seen anything like it before! But to spare your tummy I wont talk about it anymore. I just wanted to let you know I discovered something. I'm not worried about work today. Monday I was because I knew that if I had to go i would be a nut ball laying on the dirty floor. Tonight I think I'll be happy with people knowing me as the stuffed up employee.

Last night I watched Kathy Griffin:My life on the D-list. That's all I did yesterday-watched TV. She went to London which I thought was great cos I want to go. It was funny to see how the humor is different in another country. They said she couldn't say certain words either-like batty boy, bumboo?, uuhh blad clat? I dunno they were weird ones. Tonight once i'm home from work I'm looking forward to watching Top Chef and So You Think You Can Dance. I think those are the only shows I watch. I -like many teenagers-remember what day it is by what's on TV. I'm practically lost friday thru monday because nothing is on. Nothing good at least. That's one reason why I hate summer-all the TV reruns are on-excpet Kath Griffin and So You Think You Can Dance and Top Chef. All the other good ones are on during the school year. That's enough about TV

Now that I can read I started back on my college coursework for august. I'm on chapter 5..sorta...out of 13 :/ I think I need to start making deadlines or something because it's just ridiculous.

i must still have the chills or something because I suddenly feel myself going from cold to fairly hot..so i'm leaving.
